Davion Hill: Cost reductions of 8-15% per year have been the norm for the last decade. He says the basic materials cost is the price floor, right? He predicts that as prices get lower, the maintenance and OandM cost becomes an increasingly larger portion of the overall cost. DNV GLs prediction is that it will stay the same or increase.
