Energy Management in energy intensive industry

Case study: Back in the spring of 2013 Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) decided to introduce an energy management system in compliance with DIN EN ISO 50001. The FST head office in Weinheim and the Öhringen site were to kick off the initiative by introducing an energy visualisation system - the basis for an efficient energy management. This was followed by the branch in Oberwihl. The energy controlling system implemented paid off and generated five-digit savings in next to no time.
