The energy finance exchange

Convened by the Investor Confidence Project (ICP) and hosted by GRESB Global Partner CBRE, the Investor Days Workshop will debate the future standards for energy efficiency investments in buildings and infrastructure assets in Europe.

GRESB is a consortium member of ICP Europe, a non-profit EU funded project consortium. Its purpose is to standardize the documentation, transparency and monitoring of energy efficiency projects in Europe via a series of “protocols.” ICP provides increased confidence in the savings and the investment calculations as well as allowing for project comparability for financial decision makers.

Join us for an interactive exchange between investors and project owners on the practical experience of using private finance to deliver investments in energy efficiency in buildings and infrastructure.

Agenda

The panelists will present their activities and discuss how standardisation and insurance can increase the level of public and private investments in energy efficiency projects across Europe.
