Georg Vogt is Head of the ICT Innovation Energy at empirica. He has been managing international projects in the smart energy domain since 2011. In SINTEG he is in charge for international events and development and implementation of networking activities. For the European Commission he developed guidelines for energy efficiency policy and project manages the a pre-commercial-procurement project procuRE for 100%-RES upgrades to existing buildings. He holds degrees in economics and European Studies.
